Harvest Blessings

Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today's card share is made using the sketch this week at

I hadn't made a pumpkin using oval dies in a quite a long time so that is what I
thought I would do with this sketch.
I had some Black and White Buffalo Check scraps that was leftover from another project,
so I pulled them out to make my pumpkin.
The Buffalo Check background stamp was used with
Black Memento ink on Whisper White card stock.
I used the Stitched Shapes Dies, using one of the Ovals in the set.
I die cut 3 ovals and layered them up to make my trendy little Buffalo Plaid Pumpkin.
The two back ovals are laid fla and overlapped and glued together in the middle, I then added the front oval over the back two ovals with a couple of dimensionals.

I hand cut with a piece of Basic Black scrap the little stem.

The base of my Card is thick Whisper White. I followed that with a piece of
Cherry Cobbler card stock.
I used a piece of Basic Black and embossed with the Subtle EF.

The top strip is made up of Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White.
I used a die in the Stitched Nested Labels dies across the top and bottom of the
Whisper White piece.

The pumpkin is added to the card with dimensionals.
I felt the card needed a pop of something and I went looking at my sets and came across
the Frosted Foliage set that has these pretty berries.
I stamped them with Black Stazon on thick whisper white.
Colored with Cherry Cobbler ink pad and my Aqua Painter and then fussy cut them out.

I tucked one in behind the pumpkin and one coming down onto the pumpkin.

I added a brush of Wink of Stella on the berries for some added shine.

The sentiment comes from the Country Home set.

I finished with a few little rhinestones and a small bow made with strands pulled from the
Flax Ribbon.

So Thankful

Happy Sunday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the
sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches:

I  pulled out a few sets to complete this card, I used
Country Home for my milk can, Gather Together for my pumpkins, and
Daisy Lane for my "sunflowers" and stems/leaves.

I stamped them all with Black Stazon and colored with my
Aqua Painter and ink pads except the stems and leaves I stamped
with Old Olive and colored with Old Olive.

I fussy cut them all out and the Pumpkins and Flowers were embossed using
the Subtle EF.

The DSP is from the Come To Gather pack. I love the wood panel sheets,
in this pack...I have very little left!!

The milk can was added first with a few dimensionals.
I then added the front pumpkin with another few dimensionals.
I tucked and glued he two small pumpkins in behind the milk can.

I glued the flower stems down  and added the flower heads with dimensionals.

The sentiment comes from the Beauty & Joy stamp set. I stamped
with Black Memento ink and then used the Classic Label Punch to punch it out.
I slid the cut out back into the punch to flag the end.

I used my Wink of Stella Glitter pen to add some glitz and shine to the card.

The base of my card is Early Espresso and the layers are matted with Whisper White.
Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

So Grateful

Happy Tuesday peeps!!!

Today I have another in my leaf series, this one definitely has a fall feel.

All of my cards in this series have the same basic layout.

The leaves I used are some I made when I was playing around with the dies from the Gathered Leaves Dies.
I pressed them into the ink pad and then into the matching card stock.

These are done with Cajun Craze, Early Espresso and Crushed Curry inks and card stock.

The base of my card is Early Espresso and both of the DSP's on here are from the
Come To Gather pack.

I die cut a stitched oval using a die from the Stitched Shapes Dies.
I used thick Whisper White for the oval die cut.
I stamped my pretty sentiment, from the Country Home stamp set, with Early Espresso ink.
I added the oval to the card with dimensionals.
The second piece of matted DSP is also added with dimensionals.

I then arranged my leaves around one side of the oval.
I added a second Cajun Craze of the first with more dimensionals.
I die cut a few sprigs using a die in the Bouquet Bunch dies,
using Cajun Craze and Early Espresso to add to my leaf arrangement.
I finished with a burlap twine bow and a few basic rhinestones.

A peek at the inside:

Happy Harvest Blessings

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today's card share is a Clean & Simple Harvest Blessings card.

I used the sketch this week at CAS(E) this Sketch . I hadn't played in any
challenges lately and I decided I needed to get back to doing some.

This card came together very quickly.
I already had the leaves cut, I cut several when
making a card last week and
they were just laying in a bowl of spare parts on my desk.

I used a base of thick whisper white card stock and then I used another layer of thick white
for the main panel.

I stamped the sentiment, from the Country Home stamp set, first using
Merry Merlot ink.

I had intended to emboss this piece, but I forgot after stamping the sentiment.
I added the Crushed Curry leaf first and then the other two on the sides,
Merry Merlot and Cajun Craze.

I then added another Crushed Curry Leaf over the middle one using a few dimensionals.

I then added the main panel to the base with more dimensionals.

A very simple card but also elegant in it's simplicity.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

new Gather Together set (pumpkins).

I stamped all the images on thick Whisper White with

I fussy cut these all out and added them to my
white rectangle piece.
I cut the rectangle out with my Stitched Rectangle dies and then
embossed it using the Subtle EF.

The base of the card is Blackberry Bliss card stock.
I followed that with a layer of whisper white card stock.
Next another layer of Blackberry Bliss is embossed with the Tin Tile EF.

I used three pieces of linen thread to wrap around the card and tie a
pretty bow.

I added the image panel to he card with dimensionals and finished with
a few crumb cake sticky back sequins from the Basic pack.

Gather Together

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today's card share is another using the Country Home and the new
Come Together from the new Holiday mini. available Sept. 4th.

I love the images from the Country Home stamp set.
I stamped the pitcher image onto my die cut Stitched Nested Label Die
with Black Stazon ink.

I colored witth my Aqua Painter using Pool Party ink.
The floral image was stamped with Black Stazon
on scrap thick Whisper White card stock.
The wheat image is from the Come To Gather stamp set.
I colored the two images and then fussy cut them out.
I cut the cotton image away from the rest of the floral images, so I could use the wheat in it's place.

The base of the card is Terracotta Tile and then I used another piece of
Terracotta and embossed with the Tin Tile EF.

The next piece is strip of DSP from the incolor pack.
I used some twine pulled from the Burlap Ribbon to wrap around the card and tie a bow.

The sentiment is from the Come To Gather stamp set.
I die two more Stitched Nested Labels for the sentiment.
It is added to the card with dimensionals.

I used my Wink of Stella pen over the image for added shimmer.

Hello

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card made using the Country Home stamp set, a carry over from
last year's Holiday catalog, an the new Gather Together stamp set.

The base of the card is Pretty Peacock and the DSP is from the
Come To Gather pack. I love all the gingham prints
that are so popular this year.

I stamped the milk can image and pumpkins on some scraps of thick whisper white
card stock using Black Stazon ink. The floral image was stamped directly on a bigger piece of
thick whisper that I die cut with the Stitched Rectangle Dies.
All the images except the pumpkins are from the Country Home set and
the pumpkins are from the Gather Together set.
I colored all the pieces with my aqua painter and ink pads.

I fussy cut out the milk can image and the pumpkins are die cut with the
Gathered Leaves Dies that match the Come To Gather stamp set.

I die cut another rectangle with the Stitched Rectangle Dies using
Pretty Peacock card stock.

I finished with a few rhinestones and a twine bow.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.
If you would like to buy the products for yourself,

Merry

 '

Hello Peeps!!!!

It has been a crazy busy week here, but I am excited to share this card with you quickly!

I had the idea from the very first time seeing the Country Home Stamp Set, that the mild jug would be cute with some kinda of Christmas arrangement in it.

I played around a bit and this is what I came up with.

The Poinsettia and greenery come from the Peaceful Poinsettia stamp set.

I water colored he images after stamping with black sazon onto hick whisper white card stock.
I used the matching framelits to the poinsettia set to cut out the flower and greenery.
I fussy cut the milk can.

The base of the my card is Crumb Cake and I followed that with some Cherry Cobbler card stock.
The DSP is from the Festive Farmhouse pack.

Thank you for stopping by!!

So Grateful

Happy Saturday Peeps!!

Today I have a card to share that I made using the sketch this week at

I love the Country Home stamp set and this image was a perfect fit for my card.
I stamped the old milk can and the fall arrangement image onto some thick whisper white card stock with black stazon.
I colored the old milk can to mimic one that I have, it had been painted white at some period in time and then it weathered over the years and is now rusty/white.
I used my water brush and ink pads in chocolate chip to paint the can.

The fall arrangement is colored using, several inks, old olive, pumpkin pie, rich razzleberry, blackberry bliss and chocolate chip.

I hen fussy cut them both out and added to my embossed piece. I used the Tin Tile folder on that. I wrapped some twine around and then used dimensionals to add the can and flowers.

The base of the card is Crumb Cake and of course, I used more Wood Textures DSP.
The sentiment is from the Country Home set and the enamel dots are non SU.

Thank you for stopping by.

Harvest Blessings

Happy Saturday Peeps!!

Popping in with another card, I made this one using the challenge this week at Stamps, Ink Paper Challenge Gratitude and the challenge at The Card Concept Rustic Fall.

I used another really nice Sampin Up set that is great for anyone who loves to color,
Country Home.

I stamped two images onto thick whisper white and colored with my ink pads and water brush.

I fussy cut them out and added to my die cut circle with dimensionals.

The base of he card is Crumb Cake card stock. Next is a piece of DSP from the Woodgrain pack.
The yellow DSP is from a retired pack, and I matted it with a bit of gold foil paper.

I wrapped some jute twine around the middle and tied a pretty bow.
I added the image piece to the base with dimesionals and trimmed part of the circle off.

I stamped the sentiment with black memento ink and tucked it under he edge of the can.

I added a few rhinestones for a bit of sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by today.
