A CAS PPA40 Monochromatic Blues
Yay It's Friday Peeps!!!
Today's card is made for the Monochromatic Blue Challenge on the Pals Paper Arts Blog.
This card turned into a long tall sally.....it is 7-1/2 inches tall by 3-1/4 inches wide. I used the Baroque Motifs stamp set and the stamp a ma jig to line the square up. I turned the stamp at an angle to make the sqaures more diamond shape. I added a sticky back half pearl to the center and the sentiment comes from the Great Friend stamp set. I stamped with night of navy ink onto whisper white card stock. I then matted with night of navy card stock and then another mat of white. The base of the card is night of navy too.
The card is very simple, CAS, the most time was used lining up those squares with the stamp a ma jig, I wasted at least one sheet of paper trying to get them perfect and then in the end I settled for almost perfect. LOL!!!
Well, that is all from me today, thanks so much for comming by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

SC278 Thinking of You
Good Thursday Morning Peeps!!
Today's card is made with the sketch challenge on Splitcoast.
I loved this sketch! My card is a 5 inch square. The base is rich razzleberry and I followed that with whisper white. The squares are rich razzleberry, kraft, chocolate chip and pale plum. I embossed each with my Swiss Dot Embossing folder. The stamp center image stamp is from the "Friends 24-7" set and is stamped onto whisper white with pale plum ink. I used a sentiment from the "Kind & Caring Thoughts" stamp set. I stamped it with black stazon over the damask image. I matted with rich razzleberry and pale plum. I pierced the corners and added the silver pearls to the image. The ribbon is rich razzleberry turned to the solid side. I finished it with four silver pearls in each corner.
Well, that is all for today, thanks so much for coming by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

MTSC71 Thanks so much
Happy Hump Day Peeps!!!
Today's card is made with Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. This card is also 3rd in a series of a set I have been working on. See the first one here and the second one here.
There will be one more in this set and I am also working on a "tote" for them, so stay tuned for those.
This one I made with a square element in the middle, like the sketch. I did flipped the sketch to put my bow on the opposite side and I used a butterfly at the top for the element there in the sketch.
I used my new jewelry tag punch and the Tiny Tags stamp set for the sentiment. The base of the card is rich razzleberry and I followed that with a layer of whisper white and then a layer of perfect plum, (a fave of mine that is retiring). I stamped the main image onto whisper white card stock with rich razzleberry ink. I then went back with my aqua painter and quickly colored the flowers in. I added a bit of summer sun into the middle of some of the flowers and some old olive for the leaves.
I used some whisper white satin ribbon, if you have not used this ribbon you should try it out soon, It ties up like a dream! The DS paper used come from the Cottage Wall paper pack and I added white mini brads to the corners and three little sticky pearls to the butterfly center.
Well, that is all from me today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

Curtain Call...Wishes
Good Monday Morning Peeps!
My card today is made for Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge-Act 27. The colors this week are Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery and Whisper White.
My card base is white, followed by another layer of white that I embossed with my Swiss dot EF. I mounted that to the base with foam tape. The layers across the bottom are made up of pink pirouette and melon mambo. I used a new MS punch I got from a friend, a little birthday prezzie, I love Prezzies!!! I added a row of piercing and some pink pirouette ribbon.
The main image is made up of some buttons and the stem is from an old retired SU set, "Big Blooms". I was going through some old sets to sell and came across this set and it had this stem/leaves stamp. Perfect for making some of those button flowers I have been seeing around. So cute huh? I stamped the stems with certainly celery ink and then "doodled" in some grass across the bottom with my certainly celery marker. The pink button comes from the Sherbet Designer buttons and the melon mambo ones are some I had in my stash. I attached the buttons with some white embroidery floss. I added the sentiment across the top with melon mambo ink, it comes from the "Heard from the Heart" stamp set. I used my stamp-a-ma-jig to center it up. I then added some melon mambo and pink pirouette mats. I then added this square panel to the base with more foam tape. I finished it off with three silver pearls.
Well, that is all from me, thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

SSSC66 Hello
Good Sunday Morning Peeps!! It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch!!!
Here is the fabulous sketch we are working with this week:
Does my card look a bit familiar this week? It is very similar to this one I posted a few days back. I am working on a set for a neighbor, using the same stamp set and colors. OK this is second in a series of hopefully at least 4.
I used rich razzlebery card stock for the base and I followed that with some whisper white and then pale plum. (So sad to lose that color.) I used a cuttlebug EF on the pale plum. The DS paper is from the Cottage Wall paper pack. The stamp set is the new "Elements of Style" that will be in the new mini. I stamped the flowers onto whisper white with rich razzleberry ink and then quickly went in with my aqua painter and swirled around the ink on the flowers. I then added a bit of summer sun to the flower centers and some old olive to the leaves. I added an old olive grosgrain bow and the sentiment tag is from a sizzlits die, "Round tags". I used a sentiment from the "teeny Tiny Wishes set and just inked up the portion I wanted and used my stamp-a-ma-jig to center it on the tag. I add the tag with a bit of twine and then added white brads to the corners.
I hope you can find some time to play along with us this week, I would love to see what you come up with, create a card or scrapbook page with this sketch and then go to Karen's blog and link up your project for all of us to see.

SC277 Hello
TGIF Peeps!!!
Today's card share is made with this weeks sketch challenge on Splitcoast.
I have to say I struggled a bit with this one, not sure why, the sketch is not complicated at all. I have been struggling alot with my creating lately, if you read my blog much you know I say this from time to time and I am sure that this kind of thing has its ebbs and flows. I have been trying really hard to push through it, which is how I have always handled the loss of mojo in the past, but this time it seems to be hanging on. You would not believe how long it takes me to make something, and how much paper and card stock I waste!! UGH!!! What do you all do when you are struggling with this kind of thing?
Oh well, onto this card. I started with a base of soft suede. The DS paper is from the "Write Stuff" Specialty pack. I used crushed curry and ruby red card stock as well. The stamp set used is "A Flower For All Season". This is my favorite image from that set, I love the little ladybug and the sunflowers!
I stamped the image onto whisper white with black stazon. I used my aqua painter and ink from squishing my pads together, to color in the image. The sentiment comes from the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" set. I inked up just the "hello" from the stamp that is "hello baby".
I used some soft suede ribbon and some ruby red buttons with some twine for the accents. I also used the scallop trim edge punch along the ruby red strip.
Well, that is all from me today, thanks for coming by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

MTSC70 Big Yellow Tulip!!
Happy Hump Day Peeps!!
Today's card is made with Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge.
I used the SU stamp set "Pick a Petal" to make my big ol' yellow tulip....whatcha think of it? I really LOVE this set and I seldom use it and it is probably going bye-bye in the up coming catalog. That is just a guess on my part, but if you like it and have wanted to get it, I would do it soon. I think it is a good one to have and keep in you arsenal of flower stamps. It makes the cutest sunflowers and have you seen it used to make a face.......toooooo cute!!
I used some summer sun craft ink to make the petals. I stamped out 5 of them, cut them out and glued them to some chocolate chip card stock and then cut them out again, leaving a small chocolate border. I layered them up with the pointed end up to make the "Tulip".
I added some old olive 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon to make the stem and a bow. The base of the card is PTI white and the DS paper is from the retired Good Morning Sunshine paper pack. I matted each layer with chocolate chip and pierced around the image layer and the yellow DS layer. I used some chocolate chip satin ribbon across the middle with some gold sticky back pearls. The sentiment is from the "Great Friend" stamp set.
Well, that is all from me today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

Curtain Call.....Happy Birthday
Good Monday morning Peeps!!!
Today's card share is made with Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge-Act 26.
The colors this week are basic gray, going gray, crushed curry and whisper white. I used the "Baroque Motifs" stamp set for my card. I stamped the swirl with basic gray ink onto whisper white card stock and the flowers are added with crushed curry. I added a small gold pearl to the flower centers. I matted this piece with crushed curry. I added some crushed curry ribbon and the sentiment comes from the now retired SAB set "Vintage Labels". I used circle punches and a mini safety pin to add the sentiment to the ribbon.
The base of the card is basic gray and I followed that with crushed curry and then a layer of going gray that was ran through the cuttlebug with an EF.
Well, that is all from me today, thanks so much for stopping by today and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

I varied the sketch just a bit and made my card a square. The base of the card is old olive and is 5-1/4 inches by 5-1/4 inches. I also used rich razzleberry and the DS paper is from the Cottage Wall paper pack.
The stamp set is the new "Awash with Flowers", such a cute set. Recently our Sweet Sunday Stampers were exchanging birth dates, and it was sooooo funny to discover that 3 of us have the same birthday, so I have been making most all of my cards lately "Birthday Cards". The sentiment on this card comes from the "A Little Birthday Cheer".

Elements of Style Friend
TGIF PEEPS!!!!!
Today's card is not made with any sketch or color challenge or any other challenge, I just love this set and wanted to make something quick and easy.
I wanted to show that this set is NOT hard to use or you don't need mega water coloring skills to make it look great. I stamped the flowers onto whisper white card stock with razzleberry ink. I then went back in with my aqua painter and just colored the flowers with the ink already there from stamping. I used some old olive and a bit of summer sun to do the leaves and the center of a few of the flowers.
I used my circle and scallop circle nesties to cut out the main image. the base of the card is rich razzleberry and I followed that with white and then some pale plum. I used an EF on the plum. The DS paper is from the cottage Wall pack. I added some satin ribbon and used a sizzix die to cut out my small tag. I used the "Picture This" stamp set for the "friend", I just inked up the part I needed with my black marker.
Well, that is all from me today, Thanks for stopping by today and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

SC276 Happy Birthday
Hello Peeps!!!
Today's card is made with this week's sketch on Splitcoast.
I had this image colored already before I looked at the sketch. I used pumpkin pie, old olive and melon mambo to color the flowers and leaves. I stamped them onto watercolor paper with black stazon and used my aqua painter to color them in.
The card base is melon mambo and I followed that with pumpkin pie card stock. The DS paper is from the Razzleberry Lemonade paper pack. I used a cuttlebug EF on melon mambo card stock and matted with pumpkin pie. I made the strip across the center with more melon and pumpkin card stock. I used the scallop edge punch on both sides of the pumpkin card stock and added piercing in the scallops. I then added another piece of melon and a pumpkin brad on each side.
The main image is matted with melon and pumpkin again, and is added to the base with dimensionals. The sentiment comes from the SAB "Vintage Labels" set and is stamped with pumpkin pie ink onto whisper white card stock. I punched it out with my 1 inch circle punch and then used my MS circle cutter to cut out a 1-1/8 inch pumpkin pie mat. I added another pumpkin pie brad and added it t the card with more dimensionals.
My final embellishment is a spiral clip with two pumpkin pie ribbon knots.
Well, that is it from me today, thanks for coming by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!!

MTSC69 For You
Happy Hump Day Peeps!
Today's card is made with
Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. I have a couple of sneak peeks on this car. I used a portion of a stamp from the awesome "Elements of Style" and I also used the new embossing folder that will be available in the summer mini called "Square Lattice".
I started the card with a base of rich razzlebbery and then followed that with some white that was embossed with the new EF. The DS paper is from the Razzleberry Lemonade paper pack.
I stamped a portion of the stamp with black stazon onto watercolor paper. I colored it with razzleberry and old olive ink. I then cut it out and mounted it to the oval with some dimensionals. I used my oval and scallop oval nesties to cut out the frame. I sponged the oval with creamy caramel with the nestie still on the paper to create the frame. The scallop nestie was pierced on each scallop. I used alot of silver sticky pearls and some white satin ribbon.
The sentiment is from the same set and stamped with black stazon onto whisper white and sponged with the creamy caramel ink. I used a 1 inch circle punch to punch it out. I then used my MS circle cutter to cut out a 1-1/8 inch circle mat with rich razzleberry card stock.

Sweet Celebration
Good Monday Morning Peeps!
Today's card share is made with Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 25. This weeks colors are Only Orange, Yo-Yo Yellow, Green Galore, Pixie Pink and Whisper White. OK, take a deep breath, you can do this.......those are some scary colors!!!
I just got some of the new stamps coming in the new summer mini, that starts May 1st. I used a really fun set, "Sweet Scoops", that these colors seem perfect for. I cute, girly birthday card.
I started with a base of white. I then pulled out a piece of each of the colors. I cut a 1-3/4 inch square of each. I then ran them through my cuttlebug with the sizzix polka dot EF. I used the corner rounder on one corner of each square and mounted them to a piece of white card stock.
I stamped two of the ice cream swirls, one pixie pink and one yo-yo yellow, I then used my two way glue pen and some diamond dust too make the ice cream sparkle. I made a bowl, for the ice cream, (an idea that is shown in the mini) with my 1-1/2 inch circle punch, cutting off half and I added the ice cream to the bowl. This bowl of ice cream is mounted to a piece of whisper white and matted with only orange. I stamped the sentiment with only orange and tied a bow around the card base with yo-yo yellow 1/4 inch grosgrain ribbon.
Well, that is all from me today, thanks for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!!

SSSC64 Welcome Baby
Good Sunday Morning Peeps!!!! It is Sunday and that means it is time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge! Karen has done it again, another awesome sketch:
I had such fun making this card. I wanted to do something a bit different, my first thought when I saw the sketch was butterflies, but that still was not doing it for me. Then I thought about maybe some little animals, oh maybe like in pink or blue, maybe elephants or something like that for a baby card. The more I thought about a baby card I thought about the cute little boat in the SU "Nursery Necessities" set, which I don't have but I have made these little boats with punches before and so the idea was born!!! LOL!!!
I pulled out some cloud DS paper from the Welcome Neighbor paper pack. When looking for colors to go with it, I realized that baja matched fairly well. Well, that lead me to the now retired Sweet Slumber paper. Great colors in that pack and I pulled out the fun striped piece and pulled my colors from it. Riding hood red and so saffron. I used kraft for my base which is 5-1/4 inch square. The sentiment is from the "Short & Sweet" stamp set.

A Note of Thanks
Good Saturday Morning Peeps!
Today's card share is made with a new challenge for me.... Inkspiration Challenge This week is a inspiration challenge.
Here is the inspiration piece:
Love the colors in this picture, I used Chocolate Chip and Shara Sand on my card. I really like how this card turned out. I used my Sizzix sizzlits "Little Leaves" die and cut out 4 leaves. I used the negative piece for the card. I trimmed each one down to approx 1-3/4 by 2-1/8 and attached to a piece of Shara sand card stock. Be careful when trimming if you cut in to far the piece will fall into several pieces! I actually left it slightly bigger than I wanted and trimmed the outside edge after being glued down. I then mounted that piece to another piece of Shara sand. I used the "Thank You Kindly" stamp set, for my sentiment, I used the stamp a ma jig to line it up. I love that tool, could not stamp without it. It is a MUST have in my book.
I added some chocolate chip satin ribbon across the bottom. This card may look a bit fallish but I do love the clean and simple design. I added a piece of Shara sand to the inside along with one of the leaves that was cut for out for the front.
My sweet, sweet cyber friend Marisa left me a blog award.
Thank you so much Marisa.
That's all from me today, thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

CAS Thinking of You
Good Tuesday Morning Peeps!!
Today's card is made with Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge-Act 24.
I soooo struggled with this card, I think it is because my mojo has gone missing.....if you see it will you please send it home? LOL!!
The colors for the challenge are temping turquoise, so saffron, garden green, whisper white and kraft. I tried several different ideas with this challenge and nothing seemed to come together, finally I just decided to go clean and simple.
The base of my card is kraft and I followed that with half white and half turquoise that was ran through the cuttlebug and the Swiss dot embossing folder. I used my Embosslits Beautiful Wings for my butterflies, one in each of the colors and then mounted them to a 1 inch circle of whisper white, that was also embossed with the Swiss dot folder.
The sentiment comes from the "Teeny Tiny Wishes" stamp set. I added some white grosgrain ribbon across the center, where the colors meet and a bow. I then added two small silver pearls to each of the butterflies.
This card also fits the:

TESC Happy Easter
Hi again Peeps! I never post twice in one day, but I just had to get this card up! It is made with the sketch challenge this week at Taylored Expressions Blog.
When I first saw the sketch I thought about Easter Eggs for all those circles across the bottom. When I was putting my card together the eggs was just not working. So I ended up with a couple of eggs and then the fence with flowers, still cute huh?
I used the "Chocolate Bunny" stamp from the mini along with the "Well Scripted" from the mini too.
The base of the card is chocolate chip and I followed that with some pretty in pink and then certainly celery was used for mats. The DS paper is retired and I don't know the name because the piece I used was not in the pack, it was just floating around in some scraps. I thought it was perfect for this card. I used my oval nestie for the eggs. The fence is a MS punch and the flowers are from the Three flower Punch.
Well, that is REALLY all from me today, see you back here in the morning for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Sample!
Thanks for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

Good Saturday Morning Peeps!
Today I have a simple little card to share with you. I made this card with a set I borrowed from a friend. Stampin' Up's "Razzle Dazzle"!! Such a cutie! The sentiment is also from a retired set, "Absolutely Fabulous", I stamped with black stazon onto kraft and cut out a flag. I mounted with some foam tape and added a button to the end. the flower image is also mounted with dimensionals to the card. The cneter strip is also kraft, punched with the pinking heart border punch and layered with more DS paper from the Welcome Neighbor paper pack.

Happy Birthday
Good Friday Morning Peeps!
Today's card is made with this weeks sketch on Splitcoast. I flipped the sketch to accommodate the stamp I wanted to use. The stack of presents are from the SAB "Happy Moments" Stamp set.
I stamped them onto watercolor paper with black stazon. I water colored with my aqua painter using ruby red and crushed curry ink. The sentiment is from the same set and I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to align it up.
The DS paper is from the "Write Stuff" Specialty paper pack. I used soft suede, ruby red and crushed curry card stock. I added some gold sticky back rhinestones and added a spiral clip with some crushed curry ribbon to the corner of the image panel.
I think this would be a great masculine birthday card, not much foo-foo on this one. So what do you think, I am struggling a bit with creating right now.....maybe need a break, took me two days to come up with this one....UGH!!!!
Well, that is all from me for today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!
