Magnolia Thanks

Happy Saturday Peeps!!

Today is my final card I made in my Good Morning Magnolia Series.
However, it will not be my final card with this
set, I just love it to much to not use it again.
I do have a couple of Simple cards coming up that is not waercolored
and may appeal to you if coloring is not your thing. :)

This card features the other flower in the set, the bud.
It is just as gorgeous and a lot easier to color.
Takes just a bit of color at the base and where the petals overlap each other
There is a die for this flower in the die set as well.

I tucked in a few pieces of dyed Mossy Meadow twine at the
ends of the sentiment piece.

The base of my card is Crumb Cake cardstock.
I  used a piece of the DSP from the Magnolia Lane pack and
matted it with a piece of Whisper White.
I then used a strip of Crumb Cake and embossed it with the Basket Weave embossing folder
I matted that piece with more whisper white and added it to the base.
Next arranged my flower in the strip leaving room for my sentiment piece.

My sentiment is from the Magnolia set and I stamped it with Black Memento Ink
onto Whisper White.
I used a die from the Detailed Bands to die cut the
sentiment. It was added to the card with
dimensionals.
I die cut the viney type leaves with Mossy Meadow, they are dies in the Deatiled Bands die as well
and added around the flower buds.

I finished with a few rhinestones on this one a well.

Thanks for stopping by today.

a piece of DSP from the Magnolia Lane pack.
I used another piece of Mossy Meadow and
die cut a piece for my flower using the Stitched Nested Label Dies
I added this to the base with dimensionals and then added my flower with dimensionals as well.

My sentiment comes from he Band Together stamp set.
I stamped with Black Memento ink and die cut it using a die from the
Detailed Band die set.
I added it to he card with dimensionals and glue.

I finished this one with just a few basic rhinestones.

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card made with the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and dies.

I actually have three more Good Morning Magnolia cards
to share over the next few days, I  got a bit carried way when working with this set.
I couldn't stop...lol!

I stamped the flower with black stazon onto
thick whisper white card stock.
I colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads using Petal Pink,
Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz ink pads.

I used the matching die to cut out the flower.

The base of the card is Crumb Cake card stock and
I followed that with a piece of DSP that is matted
with a piece of whisper white.
The DSP is from the Magnolia Lane pack.

The next layer is Crumb Cake tha is embossed with
the Basket Weave EF and matted with whisper white.

I then die cut a small  piece of Petal Pink card stock with a die from the
Magnolia Memory Dies.
I added it across the bottom half of the card.
The flower is then added to the card with dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Good Morning Magnolia set and is stamped
with Black Memento ink ont whisper white.
I then die cut it out with one of the Stitched Nested Label dies.
It was then added to the card with demensionals as well.

SUO...Happy Birthday

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!

It is time for a new challenge at

This time we are all about BIRTHDAYS!!

I have a co-worker/friend whose birthday is the 3rd of July and
I wanted to make her a Patriotic Themed Birthday card.
She loves all things Americana like me, so I went about figuring out
what to use to make my card.

I decided to make my card with red and blue flowers, shocker, I know..lol!!

I am using a flower stamp from the Inspiring Iris set.
I stamped the three with Black Stazon ink and colored with
Real Red and Night of Navy ink pads.

I fussy cut them out and added them to my die cut circle with dimensionals.
My sentiment is from the retired All that You Are stamp set.

The base of my card is Night of Navy card stock.
I followed that with a piece of Whisper White.

Next I used a piece of Real Red that I embossed with the Corrugated EF.

My DSP is from the Everything is Rosy Product Suite.

I cut a piece of Night of Navy card stock and
ran it through my Big Shot using an embossing die in the
Stitched Nested Label dies and added it across the
card between the embossed red and he DSP.
I finished up my card with a few little red rhinestones.

Be sure to go over to the SUO Challenge Blog and join in
the Birthday Challenge, we would love to see you creations in our gallery.

Thanks for stopping by!

Ride With Me

Happy Sunday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a couple of fun little trucks I made with
the Ride With Me stamp Bundle.

I love these little trucks and I was
super excited when I saw this Bundle in the new
catalog.

I got this on my first order and immediately made a truck when my order
arrived. My first one was a bit disheartening, not hard but
definitely a bit fussy putting it all together.
I sit aside and hadn't tried again til yesterday. I am glad I gave it a
go again this time it came together much better for me. Still a bit tedious to put ttogether
but I absolutely LOVE the outcome.

I made these using Real Red and Pacific Point, for the 4th of July.

The balloons are a stamp that come with this set and are so cute.

I colored them with the same colors and left a few plain white for my
Red, White and Blue theme.

Here they are lined up for the 4th of July parade...

Thank you for sopping by!

You Are Amazing

 Happy Saturday Peeps!!

Today's card share uses the challenge this week at

This time is a color challenge:

All the new in colors.
They are so pretty.

I am using a flower from the Inspiring Iris stamp set.
That set is so pretty, with this flower, irises and a carnation stamp.

I did sneak in a bit of Granny Apple Green for my leaves.

The base of my card is thick Whisper White followed by
another layer of Whisper White that I embossed with
the Subtle EF.

The flowers are the star of this card, so keep the rest simple was an easy call.
I stamped the flowers with Black STazon and colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads.

I cut two stitched rectangles for my main center panel. I used Whisper White
and Terracotta Rose card stock.
I layered these together with dimensionals.

I fussy cut the flowers and leaves out using my paper snips
They are added to the stitched rectangle piece with dimensionals.

My sentiment is from the Band Together stamp set.
I stamped with Black Memento Ink.

I finished up with three litle rhinestones from the Noble Peacock
pack.

Thanks so much for coming by today.

Freshly Made....Hello

Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today's card share is made using the sketch this week at

I used the wonderful Good Morning Magnolia set with matching dies for my card.

I know Magnolia's are not this color, but what the heck, I wanted to use purple and I like it...lol!!

I stamped my flower image with Black Stazon ink onto thick
Whisper White card stock and colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads.
I used Highland Heather, Pear Pizzazz and just a bit of Daffodil Delight.

I used the maching die to cut out the big flower.

The base of my card is thick Whisper White and the center elements are made up of
Pear Pizzazz stitched scallop, Highland Heather Gingham Gala DSP, and Highland Heather card stock.
The Stitched Scallop die is from the Be Mine  dies.

I added the flower to the card with dimensionals.

My sentiment comes from the Magnolia stamp set.
I stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with white embossing powder.

I cut it out and added it to the card with more dimensionals.
I finished up my card with a few rhinestones from the Noble Peacock pack.
Those rhinestones are so pretty IRL.

Thank you so much for coming by!
