Happy Monday Peeps!!
Time for a new Merry Monday Cahllenge!
This week is a fun color challenge:
These colors say "Snowman" to me, so I pulled out my Stampin Up "Snow Much Fun" Stamp set
I stamped the snowman onto some white card stock and colored him with my aqua painter and ink pads, using the three colors.
The base of the card is basic gray and then I used another layer of gray that I embossed with a snowflake EF.
I added a piece of retired DSP across the bottom and added some white satin ribbon with a pumpkin pie button.
I used my new oval framelits to die cut the snowman out and added some scallops around him usinf the Marina Mist.
The greeting comes from the Four the Holidays stamp set. I finished the card off with a few silver pearls.
Be sure and head over to Lesley's Blog-Always Playing with Paper to see what the rest of the Merry makers did with this color challenge, I am sure you will be inspired to play along!!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Cute snowman!!!
Fabulous card Vicki, your snowman is so cute. I love your big bow and all the silver pearls.
Well, of course I love this...I love what you did with the gray embossed background! It's beautiful!
I don't usually like gray cards, but I've got to say that this is gorgeous! The embossing and DSP really perk it up and the Marina on top of it is beautiful! And you've used my favorite snowman.
How stinkin cute, Vicki! Love this in the Basic Gray with just a pop of Marina Mist & Pumpkin Pie! The beads & bow are a perfect way to finish it off!
Have a great week! :)
Interesting colours for sure! LOL! Love how you've worked grey into the card!
Another gorgeous card, Vicki! Wonderful job of adding color to your snowman! Love him against the embossed snowflake background and one of my favorite DSPs!
Love the gray background mix of DSP and texture! The pearls on the oval make the snowman shine my friend! I love this pretty snowman card!
This is a perfect Xmas card Vicki! Love how you've combined these tricky colours - I struggled for 2 weeks before I could finish off my card!
