Harvest Blessings

Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today's card share is made using the sketch this week at

I hadn't made a pumpkin using oval dies in a quite a long time so that is what I
thought I would do with this sketch.
I had some Black and White Buffalo Check scraps that was leftover from another project,
so I pulled them out to make my pumpkin.
The Buffalo Check background stamp was used with
Black Memento ink on Whisper White card stock.
I used the Stitched Shapes Dies, using one of the Ovals in the set.
I die cut 3 ovals and layered them up to make my trendy little Buffalo Plaid Pumpkin.
The two back ovals are laid fla and overlapped and glued together in the middle, I then added the front oval over the back two ovals with a couple of dimensionals.

I hand cut with a piece of Basic Black scrap the little stem.

The base of my Card is thick Whisper White. I followed that with a piece of
Cherry Cobbler card stock.
I used a piece of Basic Black and embossed with the Subtle EF.

The top strip is made up of Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White.
I used a die in the Stitched Nested Labels dies across the top and bottom of the
Whisper White piece.

The pumpkin is added to the card with dimensionals.
I felt the card needed a pop of something and I went looking at my sets and came across
the Frosted Foliage set that has these pretty berries.
I stamped them with Black Stazon on thick whisper white.
Colored with Cherry Cobbler ink pad and my Aqua Painter and then fussy cut them out.

I tucked one in behind the pumpkin and one coming down onto the pumpkin.

I added a brush of Wink of Stella on the berries for some added shine.

The sentiment comes from the Country Home set.

I finished with a few little rhinestones and a small bow made with strands pulled from the
Flax Ribbon.

Hey There, Pumpkin!

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is one I put together using the awesome
Ride with Me Stamp set!

I am a bit obsessed with all things Red Truck related these days, I had to stamp a few and
practice coloring a bit.

I stamped this one with Black Memento ink and colored using Real Red and Cherry Cobbler Blends.
I stamped the Pumpkins the same and colored with Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze Blends.

I fussy cut them out and put aside.
I die cut a rectangle using the Stitched Rectangle Dies and Watercolor Paper.
I did a light wash on this using my Aqua Painter and Balmy Blue ink pad.

I added the truck and the pumpkins to this piece using dimensionals.

The base of the card is Crumb Cake card stock and then a matted a piece of Cherry
Cobbler card stock, that I had stamped using the Buffalo Check
Background stamp, with Whisper White. I used Cherry Cobbler ink for a tone on tone effect.

I wrapped this layer three times with some white twine and tied a little bow.

I then added the truck panel to the card with more dimensionals.

My sentiment is from the Hello Harvest stamp set and I cut it out using one of the dies from the
Ornate Frames Dies.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Hey There, Pumpkin!

Happy Monday Peeps!!

I am back with another fall card and a sneak peek from the
new Holiday Catalog. The catalog will go live to customers
on Sept. 4h. Do you have a long list already?
Do you need a catalog?
Shoot me an email if you don't have
a demo and need a catalog. Most of my
customers reported getting theirs in the mail last week.

This card used the Harvest Hellos Bundle,
which is the stamp set and matching Apple Builder Punch.
I love the Pumpkin and had to use it right away.
I stamped with black stazon ink on thick
whisper white card stock. I colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads using
Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and a bit of Cajun Craze.

The leaves are stamped and hand cut out. I used Pear Pizzazz ink for those.
The stem is painted with Crumb Cake ink and the curly Q is  crumb cake as well.
I die cut a stitched circle with the Stitched Shaped Dies to mount my
pretty little pumpkin on.
I added it to the circle with dimensionals.
The base of he card is Early Espresso followed by a piece of Whisper White.
The DSP here is fro the Come To Gather pack.
I then die cut a piece of Early Espresso card stock with
one of the Stitched Nested Labels dies and embossed with the
Hammered Metal Embossing Folder, also coming soon in the Holiday Catalog.
The sentiment piece is also made with the Stitched Nested Labels dies and
the sentiment itself is from the Harvest Hellos set.

I finished up with a small twine bow on the pumpkin and a few rhinestones.

Season of Thanks

Happy Saturday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is another sneak Peek from the upcoming Holiday Mini!

This card uses the Come To Gather Suite of Products.

This suite has so much to love, the colors are so pretty in the DSP,
Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Merry Merlot, Mint Macaron, Pear PIzzazz, Pretty Peacock and
Whisper Whie.
The plaid paper I used may be my favorite.

The Gathered Leaves Dies cut and emboss to
make the beautiful leaves.

I used Merry Merlot, Cajun Craze Pretty Peacock and Pear PIzzazz for my card.
I stamped the pumpkin from the Gather Together Stamp set with
Black Stazon ink on thick Whisper White and
colored with my Aqua Painter and Cajun Craze ink pad.
The stem is Crumb Cake ink.
I used the matching die to cut it out.

he top part of the card is embossed with the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder.

I also stamped the sentiment with Black Memento ink on Whisper White.

I used a bit of Cajun  Craze twine from the Come To Gather Ribbon Combo
Pack in a loopy circle and secured with glue dots.
I then added my leaves with glue and dimensionals,
The pumpkin is added with dimensionals as well.
I tucked the sentiment piece under the pumpkin and dividing piece between my two front panels.

I added some Wink of Stella on my pumpkin for added shimmer.

SIP.....Harvest of Blessings

Happy Tuesday Peeps!

Today I am sharing a card made using the challenge this week at Stamps, Ink, Paper Challenge Blog.

I know the challenge says Trick or Treat, but that big ol pumpkin sent my thoughts in another direction.

I decided to make a pumpkin with my oval dies. I die cut three ovals using some Tangelo Twist card stock. I embossed using the basket weave embossing folder and then sponged the edges with some pumpkin pie ink.
I die cut the swirls and leaves using a MFT die with Crumb Cake cardstock, I sponged it with a bit of chocolate chip ink.
I layered up my pumpkin and and hand cut a little stem. I cut apart my swirls and tucked them under he middle layer of the pumpkin and then set it aside to make the rest of the card.

The base of the card is thick whisper white card stock and the DSP is from the retired Motley Monsters paper pack and from the Wood Textures pack.

The sentiment comes from MFT's Harvest Mouse.
I finished it up by adding a small twine bow to the pumpkin.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Happy Harvest Pumpkin Box

Happy Thursday Peeps!!!

I am popping in here today with a quick share, I made this pumpkin box awhile back and realized I hadn't shared it with you all.

Don't you love the "wood" look it has. I used some of the Stampin Up Natural Composition Specialty Paper.  I used this TEMPLATE for my pumpkin.

I decorated the top with some leaves, twine and curly "tendrils" made with the same paper the box is cut from.
This is a fun and easy box to make and it will hold alot of goodies, it would be great at each place setting on you Thanksgiving table.

Hope you like it. thanks for stopping by today!

Thankful for You Pumpkin Box

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!
Today I have a fun little fall project to share with you.
I have had this Pumpkin Box template for awhile and had not used it and when I saw the challenge this week at The Paper Players I decide it was time to pull it out and give it a whirl!!

I think it turned out pretty cute! I printed the template out onto some Pumpkin Pie DSP and  cut it out.
It is super easy to put together, love that fact!
I sponged all the edges with pumpkin pie ink.

The stem is also included in the template and I cut it out of some wild wasabi card stock. The template does include some leaves to cut but I used an old punch I have with some retired DSP.

Here is a little close-up of the top.
I added a bow made with some twine and some tendril I made by curling  a small strip of card stock around a bamboo skewer. The little sentiment is from the Stampin Up "Banner Greeting" stamp set. I added it to a wood toothpick and used my glue gun to add it to the back of the stem.
This will be a special fall treat for a good friend, filled with her favorite candy!!!

Thanks for stopping by today and have a great day!!

Happy Thanksgiving Pumpkin Box

Good Monday Morning Peeps!! Hope you all had a great weekend, it was beautiful here in southwest MO.

Today I am sharing a fun little Pumpkin Box that I made for this week's Late Night Stampers Challenge. This week the challenge is "Thanksgiving or Thank you create a project for Thanksgiving or you can make a thank you card. Your choice." I batted around a couple of ideas before landing on this. I used my coluzzle to cut out the ovals. I cut out 6 ovals with pumpkin pie card stock and then sponged the edges with Cajun Craze ink. I had originally thought I would emboss the ovals with the dotted folder but when I was looking for it, I saw the vintage wall and thought it would be so pretty, and it is!!! LOL!!!

I layered the back to ovals together and glued and then added the top oval with some foam tape to give it some dimension. I hand cut the stem using a bit of DS paper from the Autumn Spice pack. I had to cut four and glue two together, because I didn't like the look of the back side of the paper showing. The leaf is a punch I picked up recently It is a marvy embossing punch, altho the embossing is very apparent on this paper. I added the leaf to the pumpkin with more foam tape. The button is from the Deck the Halls button pack and I threaded some twine through the button holes and tied a bow and then added the button to the leaf with my glue gun. The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set and is stamped with Early Espresso ink onto very vanilla and I hand cut out the end and glued the "flag" on, sliding it under the leaf. I added a stem and leaf to the back of the box but not the button or sentiment.

The box is made with a piece of pumpkin pie card stock 5 inches by 6-1/2 inches. I scored it at 1 inch on both long sides and then score at 2-1/2 inches and 4 inches on the short side.

I think I will make a few more of these to use on my Thanksgiving table. I will add a bag of goodies to the box. This is a fun little box to make, so give it a try!!

Thanks for stopping by today and HAPPY STAMPING!!!
