Congratulations

Hello Peeps!!

Today I am sharing another card made using the new Floral Essence stamp set.

I used the sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches.

I love this Floral Essence stamp set and when I saw this sketch,
I knew the flowers would be perfect for it.

I stamped my flowers with Rich Razzelberry ink and the centers with Daffodil
Delight ink.
I stamped the leaves, that come from the Everything is Rosy set, with Pear Pizzazz ink.

I die cut a stitched circle with Whisper White card stock to mount my flowers onto.
The base of my card is Rich Razzleberry card stock.
I then embossed a piece of thick whisper white with the Corrugated EF for the next layer.
I added the die cut circle to the card with a few dimensionals.
The flowers are also added with dimensionals.
I tucked the leaves in and around the flowers.

The sentiment is from the Everything is Rosy stamp set and I stamped it with Rich Razzleberry
ink onto a srip of whisper white.
I hand cut the ends and added it over the flowers.
I then tucked another set of leaves under the sentiment panel.

I finished up by adding a white twine bow and a few little rhinestones.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Congratulations

Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today I have a card to share that I made using the sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches.

I used the Petal Palette set.
I stamped the flower image twice onto some scraps of thick whisper white card stock with Black Stazon ink.
I colored the flowers with my water brush and ink pads. I used Real Red and Pear Pizzazz inks.
I used the matching framelits to cut out the two flower images.

The base of my card is Crumb Cake card stock. I then used a piece of DSP from the Neutrals pack and matted it with white card stock.

I added this directly to the base.
I die cut my sentiment piece with white card stock and added my sentiment, which is from the same set as the flowers.

Then that die cut piece is added to the base with dimensionals as is the flower pieces. Lots of dimension on here.

I finished it up with just a few basic rhinestones.

Thanks for coming by today!

Paper Players....Congratulations

Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card I made using the sketch this week at The Paper Players.

I started off with a base of White card stock.

I used a swirl die from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies. I used Pool Party to make background swirl.
I glued this swirl directly to the white base.

I stamped the flower image from one of the new upcoming Hostess sets called Gift of Love onto some scrap white. I then colored using Pink  Falmingo Ink and Old Olive ink and my water brush,

I fussy cut out the image and added it to my card using a bunch of dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Timeless Love stamp set.  I stamped with Black Memento ink.

I added a butterfly from the Butterfly basics stamp set. I used Daffodil Delight ink and fussy cut out.

I glued it onto my scribble circle and added a few little rhinestones.

Wanted to share a Audrey Pic, snce I haven't in a bit:

She is almost 6 weeks old.

Sweet Sunday..Congrats to You

Happy Sunday Peeps!!

Time for a new Sweet Sunday Sketch!

Here is the sweet sketch we have for you this week:

I went simple with my card. I used the Timeless Love stamp set and stamped it a couple of times once on my circle and then another on some scrap. I used some of the new thick whisper white, really loving this new cardstock.
I colored with my aqua painter and ink pads, I used Crushed Curry, Pool Party, Pumpkin pie, Old olive and Early espresso inks.
I fussy cut out the flower portion and added it over the base with some dimensionals.
The congrats to you comes from the Tin of Cards stamp set

The base of the Card is basic Black and then a layer of White. Then I used another layer of Black that I embossed with the Lucky Stars EF.
I used a strip of Silver Glimmer under the main piece.
The DSP here is from the Everyday Chic pack.
I covered the flowers with some crystal effect for some added shine, I then used a few White Perfect Accents to finish it up.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to head over to the Sweet Sunday Blog for even more inspiration using this sweet sketch!

HAPPY STAMPING!!

Zoo Babies.....Congratulations

Happy Monday Peeps!!!!

Today I am sharing a card I made awhile back and forgot to post here.
This was made using the fun Stampin Up set called "Zoo Babies".

I love the gray and yellow combo.
I started with a base of Basic Gray and then the next layer is the new Smoky Slate.
I then used another piece of basic gray and embossed with the Alphabet Press Embossing Folder.
I then sponged the embossed piece with some white craft ink.

The next layer is some Daffodil Delight and some Polka Dot Parade DSP.
I stamped the elephant with Smoky slate and then again with Daffodil Delight and cut out just the ear and  added it to the image with a dimensional.
The main image is mounted onto a Smoky Slate Die cut from the Delicate Doilies die.
I added some Smoky Slate Chevron Ribbon and some Daffodil Delight Candy Dots!
The sentiment comes from the same set and is stamped onto some white card stock and curled and flagged at both ends.
Thanks for stopping by today!

Congratulations

Happy Tuesday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card I made for a friend who wanted a card for her boss who  just got a promotion.

I had been wanting to try this "sunburst technique" that I had seen around and thought it would be perfect for this card.
I used the "Orchard Harvest" DSP pack for my "bursts".
I do love the "country feel" of this paper pack.

The base of the card is Crumb Cake card stock and I made the flower using some daffodil delight and the Blossom Punch. The center is made with the Boho Punch.
Hope you like it and let me know if you have any questions.
