Happy Saturday Peeps!!
It is time for a new challenge at Crazy 4 Cahllenges.
This week Karen's challenge for us is:
C4C296: MAKE IT ROYAL! Use Royal Colours and/
or Royal Images - your choice.
I don't think I have any Royal images so I choose to go with the Royal Colors.
I wondered about this a bit but decided that gold and purple seem royal to me.
I stamped the flower from the Stampin Up set "You've Got This" using Versmark and then embossed with white embossing powder.
I colored the image with my Aqua Painter and ink pads. I used Elegant Eggplant, Crushed Curry and Mossy Meadow ink pads.
I then cut it out and popped it up onto some Naturals card stock.
I then matted this piece with some Eggplant card stock.
The base of the card is some more Naturals card stock and then a layer of Gold Foil. The bottom piece is some Gold Fancy Foil Vellum. I tied a piece of the gold bakers twine around the base and tied a bow.
The flower piece is added to the base with dimensionals.
I used some eggplant card stock and the Crazy About You stamp set to make my sentiment.
I used versamark and embossed. I punched out my "love is" words using the Bow Builder Punch.
The "is" is actually masked off from the "miss" stamp in this set.
I added a couple of Eggplant candy dots in the top corners.
I think this would be a great Anniversary card or Wedding Card or when you want to tell someone you care,
Love is.........__________
Thanks for stopping by today.

I've been eyeing this flower & now just have to get it! Your card is awesome. I've seen it water colored with great results also.
Vicki, this is royal indeed! I love the gold with the "royal" purple and that beautifully fussy-cut flower! It's stunning! Hugs!
Very royal!!! Love the vibrant colors and that pretty flower of yours just pops off the card! So lovely, my friend! :)
This is just beautiful. I hope the Stamp set is still available. Or where could I find it used?
