Halloween Treats

Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today I have some fun Halloween treats to share with you!

These are super simple to make.

These all start with a piece of card stock measuring 3 1/2 x 4 1/2.
Score at 2 1/4.
Fold over and staple or Tear & Tape .
A little trick I saw on a fellow demo's page was to
put the zip lock par of he bag at the bottom so the recipient doesn't have
to tear up the top to get to their treats. Brilliant!

I used a variety of DSP and stamp sets.

I just love the Zombie Frankie in the Monster Bash Suite.
I used the DSP from this suite as well.
I also used a piece from the Brights DSP pack (Gorgeous Grape) and on
the Pumpkin the DSP is from the Come To Gather DSP pack.

The sentiment Tags are all from the Ornate Frames Dies.

The Pumpkins are from the Harvest Hellos Bundle.

They turned out so cute, dont you think?

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Boo To You

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!!

The challenge this week at the Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge
is a Halloween challenge:

I have always been a big fan of Halloween,
I love everything about it and I have always loved crafting for it,
this year, however,  I have struggled with getting into it. I don't know why.
Anyways, I did make his fun little card yesterday.

I pulled out the Boo to You stamp set for my Zombie Frankenstein image.
I stamped with black stazon onto thick Whisper Whiter and
colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads.

Don't you love his fun Googlie Eyes?!!

I fussy cut him out and  put him aside to make the rest of the card.

The base of my card is Pumpkin Pie and the DSP is from the Monster Bash DSP pack.
I matted both of my pieces of Designer Series Paper with Basic Black card stock.
I used the Layering Circles Dies for my circle pieces. The scallop piece is Pumpkin Pie and the center is whisper white that I embossed with the Stylish Scroll EF.

"Frankie" is added to he circle piece with dimensionals.

I added a black strip of card stock across the bottom of the card and then layered a piece of
Black Glittered Ribbon across it.
The Layered Circle with Frankie is added next with dimensionals.

The sentiment comes from the Boo To You set and is die cut and matted with a die from the Ornate Frames dies. I added it with dimensionals as well.

I finished the card with a few black bats that are punched with one of the
punches from the Every Season Punch Pack and some rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone pack.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Open If You Dare Coffin Box

Happy Thursday Peeps!!!

Today I am sharing a fun little Coffin Treat Box.
I love this little treat box, I have had these laying on my craft table for several weeks and
had not opened them, why was I waiting??

So fun to work with, they come flat in a pkg of 12 (12 tops and 12 bottoms) ready to assemble.

I used tear and tape for this one. You definitely want a good strong adhesive.
I assembled the bottom first and then traced around it to make a template for the inside.
I wanted to "line" mine with some Gorgeous Grape card stock.
I cut the template I made out just inside the drawn lines and then used my
trimmer to trim down the edges just a hair more.
I embossed my Gorgeous Grape piece with the Stylish Scroll EF and then glued it into the bottom of the  box.

I also embossed the lid for the box with the same EF before assembling it.
After my lid and bottom was put together I used some Frost White Shimmer Paint on a
dauber and sponged the edges.
So cool, love the look.

I stamped the sentiment from the Spooktacular Bash stamp set on a scrap
of Whisper White and used a die from the Ornate Frames Dies to cut it out.
I cut another one of the Ornate Frame Dies in Pumpkin Pie to use on the box top as well.

I added a piece of Black Glittered Organdy Ribbon next and the Dracula image is cut
from the Monster Bash  Designer Series Paper. I added it over the ribbon with dimensionals.

The sentiment is then glued on and a Enamel Dot was added at the edge of the
sentiment piece.

So cute ...right?
All ready for some Halloween goodies!!!

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this treat box.

Monster Bash Treats

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today"s share is some fun Monster Bash Treat holders.

I love Halloween it is one of my favorite Holidays to create for, and of course
treat holders are what it is all about right?

I have created a PDF with instructions for this project.

These little treat holders are so much fun to put together.

It starts with a piece of DSP 6 x 4.5 inches
so you could make 4 out of on sheet of 12x12 DSP!

I used the Ornate Dies, they are so amazing, I love how intricate they are!

I cut images from the DSP to decorate some and for some I stamped sentiments from the
Spooktacular  Bash Stamp Set.

I added the die cut layer to the box flap with dimensionals.

I used Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie and Crushed Curry along with Whisper White
to create the tag fronts.
I also used a few of the fun Monster Bash Enamel Shapes.

Here is a pic of the little treat holder to show how I did the
closure. Pinch up the sides a bit and fold top flap over.
I used some tiny thin sticky back velcro dots, I go mine at JoAnns.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Creepy

Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today's card share is a "Creepy" Halloween card!

Not a bunch of stamping on this one. The
skeltton image is cut from the DSP in the Monster Bash set,
and he is placed on  an Ornate Frame die cut using Basic Black cardstock.

I am telling you those dies are a must have even if you are not a Halloween person.
The dies are beautiful and have many possibilities beyond Halloween.

The spider web is a stamp in the Wonderfully Wicked stamp sey.
The Creepy sentiment is from the Spooktacular Bash set.

I embossed the top whisper white piece using the Brick and Mortar EF after
stamping the web.

The DSP is from the Monster Bash set.
The sentiment is on a die also from the Ornate frames die set.

I added few Pumpkin Pie rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone Jewels pack.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.
If you would like to buy the products for yourself,
I would be very happy for you to shop with me.

Boo To You Box

Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing my first Halloween Project of the year.

This is a super simple box called a 2, 4, 6, 8 box

I made it using Pumpkin Pie card stock.

Most all of this is new product that is coming to you in
the Holiday mini Sept. 4th.

This is the Monster Bash Suite all but the sentiment which is from the Boo
To You set.

The Ornate Frames Dies is fabulous, you will want this die set, even if
you don't care for Halloween.
The Frames are awesome and would be nice for almost any kind of card or sentiment.

The little Mummy on the front is cut from some of the Monster Bash DSP.

It turned out so cute, I love the Basic Black Scalloped Ribbon too.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this card.

Halloween Treats

Happy Wednesday Peeps!!!

So sorry for the long silence here on the ol blog,
I have still been busy crafting, working and taking care of baby.

I have been making some display samples and some swaps, I will show those to you early next month.

I do have some Halloween treats to share with you tho.

I have been making these a few at a time to hand out to my co-workers.

The above ones hold a chocolate kiss candy. They are so much fun to make and use the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set with matching punch.

The Dracula is colored in with markers.

The Mummy has an added sparkly bow tie and the Skeleton has a sparkly heart!

Next up is something that was popular last Halloween and I got all the items to make them and then just did not have the chance to do it.
So I pulled it all out this year along with some retired Halloween DSP. I love them, so fun!!!

Witch hats are made with a tree punch and a couple of circle punches or circle dies.
The bow is of course made with the bow builder punch.
Then a small clothespin is glued inside to make it a clip.
I did spray paint my clothespins black so they blend in better and are less noticeable.

Here they are clipped on some treats,
so cute how it looks like the pumpkin on the package is wearing the witch hat!

Yummy Russell Stover chocolates.

And some Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins:

These are slid inside a small cello bag and folded over with the hat clipped on.

So I hope you enjoyed seeing my Halloween treats today.

Also sharing a pic of  baby Audrey:

Hard to believe she is 6 months old already!

Mom and Dad took her pics for this month at a local Pumpkin patch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Happy Halloween Kitty

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Yesterday I got a chance after work to sit down at my stamping table and I wanted to make a Halloween kitty.
I had saw this done using the fox punch and had to give it a try.
Isn't it cute?

I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches but was to late to link it up over there. Anyway that was my starting point for this card

I also was trying to use the challenge this week at The Paper Players

But......I added some yellow so not sure if I should link it there either.

All the DSP is from the Halloween Night pack. I love that paper and that I could have my kitty sitting on a little brick wall.

I also decorated the inside of my card:

I love Halloween!!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Happy Saturday Peeps!!!

Popping in here quickly with a card I made using the oh so fun Halloween Scene Framelits, I love these dies. I have not had as much time to play with them as I would like. I have been creating, just some things I can't share just yet.

Don't you love the big ol glittery moon? I die cut it out using the Pumpkin Pie glimmer paper.

Of course the DSP is from the Halloween Night Specialty pack.

The sentiment is from the Spooky Fun stamp set.

Fun card to make! Thanks for stopping by today.

Creative Challenge....Halloween Treats

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

It has been a long time since I did a creative challenge with my friend Wendy at WeeBeeStampin4Fun
But she issued a challenge to me last week to make a Halloween treat using these mini coffee cups. She had made the cutest little Christmas one and we was chatting and she showed it to me and I thought it was so adorable and I told her I had a bunch of those cups and that I thought it would be cute made with a Halloween theme.
So she issued her challenge and I happily accepted.

I frankly had been dreaming about making a Halloween flower with the Pumpkin Pie Glimmer paper every since I first saw it. I knew I wanted to use black along with it. I had some of the Black Glimmer paper from last year so I pulled it out to use.
The only issue with the glimmer paper is that it is hard to glue, I ended up using my glue gun to make this flower.

I used a sentiment from the Spooky Fun set. I thought it was perfect for my "boo"tiful flower.

My next one is very much inspired by a sample in the mini catalog.

This one I used the Spooky Fun set along with the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies.
I love the tree and fence in these dies.

The DSP is from the Halloween Night Specialty pack.

Here is a side view so you can see the little cup in the treat holder.

I used some of the Halloween Night bakers twine and Halloween Enamel dots on my treat holder too.

Be sure and head over to Wendy's Blog and see her amazing creation.

Thanks for stopping by today!
