Inspired By Happy Birthday

 I am popping in here again today to share another card. 

This   one is using the challenge this week at Inspired By.

A great color & sketch challenge.

While thinking about this one I thought of the retired Stampin Up hostess set called Hand Delivered,

I remebered it had a great image with balloons, I loved this set when it was current and still do. I dug through stamps and found it and went to work.

I stamped the image onto a piece of watercolor paper using our new Hybrid black pad, available May 5th, this pad is designed to be able to use our alcohol blends and water coloring both, before we had to use separate inks to do that.

I colored the balloons with Highland Heather, Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight and Pretty in Pink. I colored her skirt with Balmy Blue. .

The DSP I used is from the Splash of Sparkles. The white panel behind the girl was Embossed with the Beautiful Pattern  EF.

I fussy cut out the girl with the balloons and mounted it to the white panel with dimensionals,

I matted this panel with some Silver Foil.

The base of the card is Balmy Blue.

I added a strip of silver foil down the edge of the DSP;

I finished with some Pink Sparkle gems.

I really enjoyed this stamp set rewind.
