Greenhouse Garden Thank You
Good Thursday Morning Peeps!! Hope your week is going well so far! The weekend is almost here!!
Today's card is made with this weeks sketch challenge on splitcoast.
I had made my center element up last week when I first got this set and had been waiting to for a good sketch to put it together. The set I used is Greenhouse Garden and it is new SU set. I really love these flowers and they look very old fashion to me. It kinda reminds me of some vintage cards I have that was a collection of my Mothers.
Anyway the flowers are stamped with several colors, crushed curry, dusty durango, melon mambo, rich razzleberry, orchid opulence, and perfect plum. I made the leaves with old olive and my crimper and hand cut them out. The flowers are all up on dimensionals and then the leaves are just tucked in and around and under. The base card is rich razzleberry layered with some orchid opulence and the DS paper is from the Cottage Wall DS pack. The sentiment is from the set Short & Sweet and is stamped with rich razzleberry onto whisper white and punched with the small oval punch and then layered with razzleberry and then orchid opulence, I added two small white brads to the ends. The center strip is made up of orchid opulence, whisper white and old olive. I used my lace edge punch at the bottom of two of the strips and added a piece of white satin ribbon across the middle.
Well, that is all for today, thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!
