Ghoulish Goodies

Happy Saturday Peeps!!!

I am excited to share with you today a treat holder I made.

For those who have followed my blog for a while know that I have in the past done a Creative Challenge with my good friend Wendy from WeeBeeStampin4Fun.
We decided to resurrect our challenges and I laid down the first and it is a goodie!!

We are doing a 3D challenge every other Saturday through the end of the year!
How exciting!!

Our rules are very simple, none really..lol
Any kind of 3D item, treat holders, home decor, gift card holders.....etc.
Anything goes as long as it is 3D!

I have been busy working on my items the last month or so, I have several lined up and am excited to see what Wendy has in store for us. She is the queen of beautiful presentation.
You won't want to miss these!

On to my goodie box for this first challenge post.

I found these cute Reese's Franken-Cups at Dollar General and knew they would be perfect!

I designed my box for these and have uploaded the template for anyone who would like to make some for them selves.

I used a piece of Basic Black card stock measuring 6-1/2 inches by 7 inches.

You can click on the above picture of my template to better read the measurements:
With your Simply Score Scoring Board:
 Score on the 6-1/2 inch side at 2-1/4, 3, 5-1/4 and 6
Score on the 7 inch side at 3/3, 5-3/4 and 6-1/2
Burnish score lines with your bone folder and use the template above for cutting.

I used the fun stamp set called Flight of Fancy for my cute little witch.
I love her, isn't she adorable??!!

I stamped with Black Stazon and colored with my water brush and ink pads.
I used Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry, Blushing Bride and Crumb Cake on her and the mouse and broom. I fussy cut her out tto add o the box.
The DSP on the box comes from the Magic in this Night pack.
I used the 2inch circle punch for the "moon" and sponged the edges with a bit of Pumpkin Pie ink.

The die cut behind the Moon is from the Tasteful Labels dies and is embossed with the Cobs Web EF. I brushed this piece lightly with my white craft ink pad.

The sentiment comes from the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set.

The ribbon I used is from the Playing With Patterns combo pack.
I wrapped it completely around my box and tied a big ol' bow.

I finished with a few Iridescent Pearls

Be sure to head over to Wendy's Blog-WeeBeeStampin4Fun
