Get Well Soon

Happy Thursday Peeps!

Today I have a fun easel card to share.
Also a new technique for me, my first try at the no-line watercoloring technique.

I used the Timeless Tulips stamp set.
I stamped my flowers, stems and leaves using So Saffron ink on thick Whisper White card stock.
I then colored with my Aqua Painter. The flowers are colored using Poppy Parade ink and Cherry Cobbler ink. The sems and leaves are done with Pear Pizzazz and Garden Green ink pads.

I was inspired to make an easel card for a challenge I saw last week but by the time
my card was finished the challenge had ended.

I hadn't made an easel type card in a long time. I had to look up the measurements and I went with a very simple one.

he base of my card is Crumb Cake cardstock and I embossed the front using the Coastal Weave EF.

The main image panel was trimmed down and matted with Poppy Parade card stock.

The seniment is from he same stamp set and is stamped and embossed in white on Basic Black card stock.

The inside is finished simply with a piece of DSP from the Brights 6x6 pack.

I added pretty bow made with the Crinkle white ribbon.

Listed below are all the "ingredients" used to make this project.
