Sending Love

Hello Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a card I made sometime ago.

This is the first one I made when getting the Climbing Rose set and matching Framelits

These Roses remind me of some that grew in my Grandma's yard.

They were called Seven Sisters and they are a climbing rose like these.

My Grandma had the best flowers.

I stamped and colored with my Aqua Painter and fussy cut out the edge to hang over my edge.

The sentiment is from the same set.

I finished with a few basic rhinestones.

Thanks for coming by.

Hope You Feel Better Soon

Happy Day Peeps!!

Over at Fab Friday they have a super color challenge:

I just love the balloons in the Hand Delivered set.

And I pulled it out for my card.

I don't have Lemon Lime Twist, for some unknown reason,

so I substituted Granny Apple Green.

I stamped the balloon and girl image on water color paper with black stazon ink.

I colored with my aqua painter and ink pads using the challenge colors.

I fussy cut the two pieces out and put it aside to make the rest of the card.

The base is thick whisper white and then I used another piece

of white and die cut using one of the stitched rectangle dies.

I added a strip of Gingham Gala DSP down the side and

added the girl with balloons to the card with dimesnionals.

The sentiment comes from the same stamp set.

I stamped it with black memento ink.

I finished up with a few sticky back sequin

flowers from the Gingham Gala Sequin pack.

Thanks for coming by today.
