More Calendars

Hello Peeps!!!

Today I am sharing another calendar design.

I used the super sweet and adorable set from Sale-a-bration called
Little Lady Bug.

I love this set.

I really had fun making these calendar easels this year.
I stamped the sweet little Lady Bug with Black Stazon on thick whisper white card stock.
I colored with my Aqua Painter and ink pads. I used real red and gray granite inks.

The base of the calendar easel is Basic Black and then a layer of Real Red.
The DSP I used is from the Golden Honey Specialty  pack that is also in
the Sale-a-bration catalog.

I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies with more Real Red card stock for my next layer.
The ladybug and sentiment are attached next using dimensionals.

The sentiment is from the Little Lady Bug set and is stamped onto a die cut from the Stitched Shapes Dies.

Here is a side view so you can see how this is made to stand:

I added the calendar and then a few little red rhinestones.

Poppy Calendars

Happy Thursday Peeps!!

I have been busy working on some calendars for a few of my
friends and customers. I am a
bit behind in getting them done but they will be in the mail soon.

On these I used the Poppy Moments Dies for my flowers and leaves.

Aren't they so pretty?
They are so easy to make with these dies, I used Poppy Parade, Calypso Coral,
Old Olive, Mossy Meadow and Basic Black card stock.

This one has a base of Poppy Parade card stock
and a layer of the beautiful Peaceful Poppies DSP.

This one I used Crumb Cake for the base and then another layer of Crumb Cake that I
embossed with the Coastal Weave EF.

The sentiment on both is from the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set.
I stamped with Poppy Parade ink.

Here is a side view to show how the calendar base is done.

These work up fast and are so fun to make!!

The calendars were gifted to me from a sweet friend.
I have made several of these and have a few more to show you soon.

My January Calendar Page

Good Thursday Morning Peeps!!

The month is about over, so I had to get my January calendar page done. I spent some time yesterday, at a friends house, working on my calendar pages. I have a couple more done!!! I am showing this one now and will show the rest of the pages as the month's go along. I am using all Pure Innocence stamps and digi stamps on this calendar. I really love these Pure Innocence little girls, they are sooooo cute.

I colored this little Winter girl with my copics. I used bashful blue and ballet blue card stock to embellish this page. The snowflakes are a combo of nesties and punches. I added a silver sticky pearl to the center. The DS paper is from a local stamp store and the sentiment on this one comes from another MFT stamp set.

I added some glitter to the girls hat and boot cuffs and on the snow. The small snowflakes around her are some of the pieces that came out of the punched panel from above. I just added a few randomly around her. I think it turned out really cute, if I do say so myself and just wait til you see some of the other pages!!!

Well, that is it from me today, thanks for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

Owl Calendars

Good Monday Morning Peeps!!

Today I am sharing some Owl Calendars I whipped up yesterday! These are a shameless CASE of some I saw on Diana Gibbs Blog. I did make a change or two. I, of course, used googlie eyes on mine, like the paper clip bookmarks I made last week. I used the Stampin' Up Love Letters Designer Series Paper. I made the base out of very vanilla card stock and the Scallop Square Clear Die. I cut two scallops and layered together to make the base of the piece. I then used some basic black card stock and then the designer paper. The calendars are some I bought in a bulk buy awhile back, I was determined not to let these go to waste, as I had bought some a couple of years ago and never used them at all. I used the owl punch and the bird punch both. The pieces behind the owl are made with the scallop circle punch and the circle is cut with my nesties. I matted the calendars with card stock too. I added some sticky magnet strips to the back so these can be hung on the refrigerator or a file cabinet.

Here are a few more pics of them:

And a few more:

And two more:

Well, that is all from me today, I will be listing a couple of these in my etsy shop, link in my sidebar, so head on over there if you would like to get one! Thanks for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

Another Desktop Calendar

Good Morning Peeps. Hope you are all having a great Saturday so far!

Today I have another desk top calendar to show you. You can find my first one here. That post will give you all the links to the original and where you can download a free calendar, if you want to make some of these fun little projects.

I am making a few to give to some friends, well, I will mail them, for New Years Cards. I hope they like them.

I used the Washington Apple DS paper from SU and pulled my colors for the card stock from it. I used Riding Hood Red for the base and layered it with either so saffron or bashful blue. I also used the top note die to cute the BG for each page.

I used a snowflake from the SU set Season of Joy for the January through March page. Punched it out with 1 1/4 inch punch, layered onto a piece of punched cardstock with the 1 3/8 inch punch, and layered that onto another punched piece with the scallop circle punch.

I did the same on each page with different stamps, the April through June page has a bird from the SU Spring Solitude set.

The other two pages both have flowers from the SU set Eastern Blooms.

These are so much fun to make and are really quick and easy once you get have your colors and stamps picked. You really need to give it a try!

Well, that's all for today, thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!!
