Friendships Refresh The Soul

 Happy Tuesday Peeps!

Hope you are staying cool wherever you are, it is Hot, Hot, Hot here with more of the same coming up.

I am staying inside and out of the heat.

Today I am sharing another Nature's Harvest card.

I used a sentiment from Beauty of Friendship stamp set.

I just love these flowers and hope you are not tired of them yet, cos I am sure I will be using them again and again!
This time I used my Cherry Cobbler and Daffodil Delight Blends to color them.
I found the perfect DSP to complement from the  Beauty Of The Earth  Designer Series Paper pack.

Isn't the sentiment so true?

I added a few of the new Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots, that will be in the new mini going live on August 3rd. I love these and they are perfect for fall type projects.

I finished my card with just a small linen thread bow.

More Nature's Harvest

 Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Today I am sharing another card I made using the Nature's Harvest stamp set.

This set will be available in August when the new mini goes live. I think you may want to snatch it up.

I was in need of a few sympathy cards and I like o have some on hand but was out.

This sentiment is part of the Peaceful Moments stamp set.

I used Highland Heather for this card base and the DSP
is from the Hand Penned 12 x 12 pack.

Slimline Cherry Set

 Hello and Happy Tuesday Peeps!!!

Today I am sharing a cute little set I made using the Sweet as a Peach Bundle, but I made the peaches in red to be like Cherries.

I love black and white with a pop of red. So pretty right?

My slimline card is made with a base of Basic Black that is 6-1/2" x 6-1/4" and scored on the 6-1/2" side @ 3-1/4" A while back I bought some coin envelopes from Amazon that fit his card perfectly and yes, they can be mailed with just regular postage.

The awesome gingham DSP here is from the Host pack called Pattern Party. This is my absolute favorite paper in the pack, but the whole huge pack is awesome!

I also made a cute little Birthday Box! The box measure 3-1/2" x 3-12"x 1-1/4". It is a great size for a little treat but would also hold a few 3"x 3" note cards.

sorry about the bad picture. YIKES!

A pic of the inside of the card:

Nature's Harvest Sneak Peek

 Happy Friday Peeps!

Popping in here quickly to share his set of cards I made using the new Nature's Harvest stamp set that will be available in the upcoming Holiday mini catalog.

I think this was the first pick for me out of the new catalog. I love Coneflowers and grow many in my perennial flower bed.

My granddaughter is visiting for the weekend so I am going to keep it short as we have lots of things to do, she loves to craft with Mama and we have to make cookies and visit a few flea markets and stores too. She loves to flea market with Mama and Papa!

Anyway back to my cards:

I colored the flowers using my blends and the DSP is from the Regals 6x6 pack.

I used a die cut in Basic White from the Ornate Layers Dies, I love how his die cut looks on this card, so dainty and pretty.
The sentimnet is from the Quiet Meadow stamp set and is on a die cut from the Harvest Dies.

Hope you like this little sneak peek of upcoming new stamp sets.

Creative Challenge

 Happy Hump Day Peeps!!

It is Creative Challenge Time again!

This is a creative challenge that I do with my friend Wendy from WeeBeeStampin4Fun.

Every so often one of us lays down a challenge and this time it was my turn.  My challenge for this month is Mini Slimlines. I love to create this size of card.

I pulled out my Quite Meadow Bundle for my slimline card.

I ended up just using the dies for my card.
I die cut several of the flowers using Basic White card stock and then colored them with my Blends.
I LOVE how these turned out and they are super easy to do.
I used thick Basic White for my base and then used another piece of basic white to emboss with the Tasteful Textiles EF. I ran my paper through the EF twice once from each end as it was just a bit to long for the folder. With this type of EF you don't have o worry about lining up anything as it is a random overall design.

My sentiment is from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set.
I embossed i with ite embossing powder on Basic Black cardstock.

Now head on over to Wendy's Blog to see her Slimline Challenge card.

Dasiy Garden Birthday

 Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Today's card share is made using the fun Daisy Garden stamp!

This is a one stamp set of this beautiful bunch of daisies.

I love it, I wanted to try and keep the daises looking white so I started by stamping the image with Gray Granite on Basic White.

Let me say, your Stamparatus is so helpful with a large image stamp like this!
I colored with my Blends using Old Olive and Mossy Meadow for the leaves and the centers are done with Daffodil Delight. Super simple but coloring those leaves took some time.
I ran the entire image piece through my Stampin Cut and Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textile EF, for some added dimension.

My sentiment is from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set an I added a few basic rhinestones for some added sparkle.
I love how this turned out and I am sure I will be using it again very soon.
My pre-order from the upcoming mini arrived late last week and I got to play a bit over the weekend.
So far I am loving all my new goodies.
Watch for some sneak peeks this week!

Thank you cards

Happy FriYAY peeps!!

My card share today is with a retired bundle.
I love the Perennial Blooms set with their matching dies, it will certainly be staying with me for a long time. You can make the pretties floral cards with this bundle and I have not played with it much so what the heck right?

I used a couple of different color ways with these cards but used the same  basic arrangement.
One looks Spring-y and one looks Summer-y, I think.
The sentiment is from the Sharing Sunshine stamp set and is die cut using the Message Dies.
I stamped with Versamark ink on Basic Black card stock then heat embossed with white  embossing powder.

I like them both but I think the one with the Poppy Parade and Pumpkin Pie flowers is my favorite. How about you, which would you choose?

A Card to say Hello

                                                                      Hello Peeps!!

Hope you all are having a great week so far!

I have a pretty little fun fold to share with you today.

This card uses the Beautiful Hand Penned DSP and the Flowers of Friendship Bundle.

I took my color cues from the DSP, I used Highland Heather for my base and layers and the Belly Band.

I stamped the flowers and colored with my Blends, I used Highland Heather and Mint Macaron.

The sentiment is from the Many Messages stamp set and die cut with the Message Dies.

I added a pretty bow using some Fresh Freesia ribbon and finished with some basic rhinestones for added sparkle.
