Birthday Slimline

 Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today is the last in my True Love DSP card series.

But you know I will still being using this great DSP again!

I made another mini slimline, I am loving this card size, it is fun and just something different than the normal.

I did this card in much the same way as one of my others, using the flowers from the edge of the DSP for my floral images.

I had saw a color challenge and that is what I based this card's colors on but they had much brighter versions and called them their citrus colors, I used Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight and Light Crumb Cake. My colors turned out looking much darker that their color graphic and more "fallish" looking to me so I decided not to place my card in the challenge. I still like it tho.

I stamped wih Memento Black ink and colored with my Blends.
I embossed the colored floral panel with my Tasteful Textiles EF.
I added this to a piece of  Calypso Coral card stock and the base of the card is Crumb Cake.
This card measures 3-1/8" x 6-1/4" and still fits nicely in the Coin Envelopes I mentioned yesterday.

My sentiment comes from the Happy Thoughts stamp set and was stamped before embossing.

I finished this with a few little rhinestones.

Happy to Celebrate

 Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today's card using the True Love DSP is made using the pretty flowers, of course, and also some of the other black and white DSP.

I have lately been playing around with this size card called a mini slimline.

So much fun this one measures 3-1/8" x 6".

I got envelopes to fit this size on Amazon. They are #7 Coin Envelopes and can be mailed with no extra postage.

This may be my favorite card in the series so far. I love the yellow and black color combo.

The flowers are colored with Daffodil Delight blends and leaves are Old Olive and Mossy Meadow Blends.

The base of my card is Basic Black and then a layer of Daffodil Delight card stock. I followed that with a layer of True Love DSP.
I fussy cut out the flower image and added it to the card with dimensionals.

I added a strip of Daffodil Delight across the bottom and the sentiment is one from the Many Messages along with the matching dies.

I finished up with three Enamel Dots from the 2020-2022 InColor pack.

Listed below are the "ingredients" used to make this project.

Friend, I Miss You

 Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

The True Love Designer Series Paper series continues.

Today we have a Miss You card featuring the flowers colored with Calypso Coral and Old Olive leaves.

These flowers make making a pretty card easy, no mater the occasion.

I fussy cut these out and added them to an embossed panel of Basic White card stock.

I embossed using the Brick & Mortar EF.

The flowers were glued directly to the embossed panel.

My sentiment comes from the Art Gallery stamp set and the "friend" is die cut from the Well Written dies.
I die cut it three times with Basic Black using the Adhesive sheets and then once with Calypso Coral card stock. I layered these up and added them to the top of the sentiment piece.
I then added this to the card with dimensionals.

I finished with a few Basic Rhinestones and a twine bow.

Always Here For You

 Happy Tuesday Peeps!

Today is my second card in my True Love DSP series.

This one uses the flowers from the DSP and also more of the black and white patterned paper.

This is also a simple fun fold.

The base of the card is 7-1/4" x 4-1/4" piece of Basic Black that is scored on the 7-1/4" side at 3 inches.

My flowers are cut from the DSP and colored with Blends, I used Flirty Flamingo, light and dark, along with Old Olive, light and dark.

The centers of the flowers are colored with Light Pumpkin Pie.

I added the cuout flowers to a die cut of Basic Black from the Hippo & Friends die set.

Inside shot:

My sentiment comes from the Flowering Cactus set and is stamped with Black Memento ink and then die cut with a die from the Tasteful Labels die set.

I finished with a few rhinestones and a pretty white twine bow and used my Wink of Sella Glitter Brush all over the flowers.

Birthday Flowers

 Happy Monday Peeps!!

Today and all this week I have cards to share made using the True Love DSP.

I love the black and white floral images in this paper and it makes me happy to color them.

I  used my Blends to color up a bunch and then I made several cards with them.

I love to color and these images are perfect for that very thing.

I thought while coloring about all the flowers around the edge of the 12x12 sheets and how I

could use them, and this is what I came up with.

I cut out and layered my images around the edge of a piece of Basic White card stock.

I added one large image in the middle.  These were colored using several different colors.

I used Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Petal pink and Mango Melody along with Old Olive for the leaves.
After coloring these I embossed with the Tasteful Textile EF. I then matted this piece with some Basic Black card stock and then added that piece to my Thick Basic White card base.
My sentiment comes from the Happy Thoughts stamp set. I stamped with Versamark and then embossed with White embossing powder.
I die cut my sentiment piece out with a die in the Hippo & Friends die set.
I added some white twine in a circle before adding my sentiment piece to the card with dimensionals.

I finished with a few little Ladybug Trinkets added with Glue Dots. Aren't they the cutest?

Listed below are the "ingredients" used to make this project.

Wishes Card Set

 Happy Friday Peeps!!

Today I have fun card set to share. I had fun making these.

I used a die from the Dandy Wishes Dies and the sentiment is from the Garden Wishes stamp set.

I used some In colors for these, I used Magenta Madness, Cinnamon Cider and Misty Moonlight.

Which color do you like best?

I can't really decide, altho, Misty Moonlight is fast becoming a favorite.

All the DSP is from he 2020-2022 In Color 6x6 pack.
The "dandelions" are all die cut with Basic White card stock.
I cut and layered up with dimensionals.

The sentiments are all embossed with White embossing powder.
and die cut with a die from the Hippo & Friends Die set.
I added a bow using the same color as the card stock.

I used my Paper Snips and cut a few pieces away from the die cut flower to use
as my "blowing away" pieces of the flower head.

Wishing You All The Best

 Hello and Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today's card share is ,a card I made using the Garden Wishes stamp set.

Love how this simple card turned out.

I first started by picking out a piece of the DSP from the pretty Dandy Garden 6 x 6 pack.

I went with this almost denim colored looking piece and paired it with Misty Moonlight card stock.

The image is stamped with Versamark onto the Misty Moonlight card stock piece and then

embossed with White Embossing powder. The sentiment is done in the same manner and then die cut with a die from the Hippo sand Friends dies That set of dies have so many shaped dies in it.

Perfect set even if you are not into the Hippo stamp set.

I finished up this simple card with a few Opal Rounds a pretty bow made with the Misty Moonlight ribbon and  some twinr from the Flowers For Every Seas Ribbon combo pack.

Forever Friend

 Happy Wednesday Peeps!!

Today's card share is a card I made using the beautiful Brushed Blooms stamp set with the matching dies.

I stamped the images several time using Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight and the leaves are done with Mint Macaron. I used the dies to cut them all out and then arranged them on a Stitched Rectangle die, which is almost completely covered.

cut with Basic Black card stock.
The sentiment is from the same set and is embossed with white embossing powder onto another stitched rectangle die piece

The base of the card is Thick Basic White and the DSP is from a pack of 6 x 6 Subtles DSP, this particular pack is from the upcoming annual catalog and was available for demos to order last month. It is free, along with 4 other packs, if you join Stampin Up as a part of your new demo kit. You can always just use the current Subtles pack for your card if you want to make one.

I used some Tulle ribbon along with a little piece of Gingham ribbon that I cut from a wider piece to tie a bow, so pretyy with the combined pieces.

I finished up with a few Basic Pearls.

You Can Count on Me

Happy Tuesday Peeps!

Today's card share is made with the fun Hey Girlfriend stamp set.

Such cute images in this set.

I made these 2 cards for my granddaughters. I call these the teenage versions of Audrey and Addy.

They are just now almost 5 and almost 3, so this is what I imagine them to be as teenagers...lol

I had fun coloring these with our Blends, I first stamped with Memento Black ink on Thick Basic White card stock and then colored.

The DSP on the Misty Moonlight version is from the Dandy Garden 6 x 6 pack.

This one uses DSP from the Playing With Patterns 6 x 6 pack.

You are a Rare Find

Happy Monday Peeps!!!

Today I have a fun card share for you made using the Simply Succulents stamp set and matching dies.

I love his pretty set, this is my first go with it. That large image can be a bit intimidating to color but take it just one succulent at a time and you can do it.

I stamped the succulents image and the flower pot image with Black stazon and colored using my water brush and ink pads.

I colored using a variety of ink pads, Pretty Peacock, Mossy Meadow, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Seafoam and Garden Green. I used my with Gel pen to add some highlights to the darkest succulent.
The pot is colored with Gray Granite and Cajun Craze.
I used the matching dies to cut them out and then embossed with the Tasteful Textiles EF.

All The DSP on here is from the Flowering Cactus Product Melody. The sentiment is from the same product melody. ( I have some goodies to show you using this Product Melody soon)

The large image is attached to a scallop rectangle which is die cut from a die in the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

The base of the card is Mossy Meadow and then a layer of Soft Seafoam  followed by the DSP.

I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and embossed with White embossing powder.
I added a few Opal Rounds for my final embellishment.

Listed below are the "ingredients" used to make this project.

My Heart Smiles

 Happy Thursday Peeps!!

Today I have another simple but pretty Valentine card to share.

This card comes together very quickly. I used the Valentine Keepsakes stamp set and the Many Hearts dies.

I stamped the hearts from the Valentine Keepsake set with Versamark

onto Real Red cardstock and then embossed with white embossing powder.

I hen used a die from the Many Hearts die set to cut them out.

The base of the card is Real Red card stock and then I used one of the embossing folders in the Greenery set. It is a two embossing folder set and are smaller than the standard folder. I ran the white cardstock through the folder twice to emboss it all. It is really easy to line up on this one.

My sentiment is embossed on Basic Black card stock. This sentiment is from the Lots of Hearts stamp set.

I finished with a few Resin Hearts and a pretty little twine bow.

Listed below are the "ingredients" used to make this project.
