Happy Sunday peeps!!!
Time for a new Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge.
Here is the sweet sketch we have for you this week;
I love a square card!
I am sharing another sunflower card, see yesterdays post if you missed my other one this week.
I started with a base of White card stock and then I used a layer of Early Espresso and the DSP on here is from the Neutrals Designer pack.
I made my Sunflower by first making a Rosette using my Score Board.
I then added piece of sandable Early Espresso cardstock for my center.
The leaves are die cut with the Flower Flair framelits and then trimmed a bit. I then ran them through the Big Shot using my Woodgrain EF.
The Sentiment is from the Garden in Bloom stamp set.
I made my little sunflowers with a punch from itty bitty punch set.
Be sure and hop over to the Sweet Sunday Blog to see what the rest of the girls did with this fun sketch.

ReplyDeleteThere you go again making one of my favorite flowers - a sunflower! And what a beauty! I love the technique, Vicki, and I also love how you've embossed the leaves! And what a great sketch take with the beautiful colors and great striped DP! Stunning! And it just says, "hello there!" Hehe! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYour sunflower (and other one this week) are so very Sunny Vicki!! What a joy they add to your cards. Love that pop of bold! My scoring board is one of my favorite all time tools, so I'm also happy to see it being used for awesomeness like you've made! :)
