Happy Saturday Peeps!
Time for a new challenge over at Crazy 4 Chalelnges.
It is a new month so we have a new challenge hostess for the month.
Karen Aicken is the Hostess this month
,and her guest designer is the uber talented Kelly Booth.
You can find here blog here: Livin The Life I Color.
Here is the challenge this week
: "MONOCHROMATIC Use two or more shades of the same color. Neutrals such as kraft, grey, black or white can be added in small amounts."
I had colored up a couple of this flowers in different colors and decided I would use one on this challenge card (you will see the other one I colored tomorrow).
I colored this one using Wisteria Wonder and Perfect Plum using my aqua painter. The leaves are colored with Old Olive. I used some crumb Cake to shade around the flower.
The base of the card is Perfect Plum and then a layer of Wisteria and then another layer of Plum that I embossed with the Elegant Dots EF.
The DSP I used is from a retired pack.
I matted the image with Perfect Plum card stock.
I added the image onto the base at an angle with some dimensionals,
The sentiment come from the Cottage Greetings stamp set.
I added a button and twine to finish it off.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
HAPPY STAMPIN!!!!
