CC328.....Wish Big

Good Tuesday Morning Peeps!

Today I am sharing a card I made with the color challenge today on Splitcoaststampers. Today's colors are Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy with a neutral of your choice.

I had been wanting to play a bit with this new stamp set, Delicate Doilies from Stampin' Up. I got this stamp set in my pre-order stuff from the new catalog that will go live on July 1st. This set is really pretty and has 4 different stamps in it. I had seen a card last week made with this set that I really like, of course I can't find it right now, but it was made with different colors. I used that for my inspiration for this card.

I stamped the doily onto crumb cake with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. I used my aqua painter and night of navy and cherry cobbler ink to color the doily in. The sentiment is from the Stampin' Up "Word Play" stamp set. I matted this with night of navy card stock and then with a piece of cherry cobbler card stock. I embossed one end of the cherry cobbler card stock with my big shot and dot embossing folder. I added some pretty night of navy satin ribbon around the card and tied a pretty bow. I just love all the Stampin' Up satin ribbon, it ties beautiful bows. The night of Navy satin is retiring, I just opened my roll of this ribbon for the first time for this card......sigh!

Well, that is all from me, thanks for coming by today and HAPPY STAMPING!!!!

Vicki
