Happy Birthday

Good Friday Morning Peeps!

Today's card is made with this weeks sketch on Splitcoast. I flipped the sketch to accommodate the stamp I wanted to use. The stack of presents are from the SAB "Happy Moments" Stamp set.

I stamped them onto watercolor paper with black stazon. I water colored with my aqua painter using ruby red and crushed curry ink. The sentiment is from the same set and I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to align it up.

The DS paper is from the "Write Stuff" Specialty paper pack. I used soft suede, ruby red and crushed curry card stock. I added some gold sticky back rhinestones and added a spiral clip with some crushed curry ribbon to the corner of the image panel.

I think this would be a great masculine birthday card, not much foo-foo on this one. So what do you think, I am struggling a bit with creating right now.....maybe need a break, took me two days to come up with this one....UGH!!!!

Well, that is all from me for today, Thanks so much for stopping by and HAPPY STAMPING!!!

Vicki

I would never have known you were struggling to create Vicki as this is WONDERFUL! Seriously! You've taken a basic stamped image and made it stamptacular! Love the sketch and the colors you've used too. Sometimes it's hard for me to come up with new fresh ideas too and then I just blog hop instead of stamping! That's what I'm doing today and...as always...you've inspired me! Happy Easter Weekend, my friend! Smiles, Pam :)
