Good Monday Morning Peeps!
Today's card is made with Jen's Sketch for you to Try.
I got inspiration for this card in a couple of different places. First off the main image panel with the sentiment from the Smarty Pants set was like one I saw in the current catty on page 143. I stamped the sentiment 4 times in 4 colors, rich razzleberry, melon mambo, pumpkin pie and crushed curry. I used the stamp a ma jig to line it all up.
Secondly I took inspiration from Connie Collins water lily from the daisy die flower. She has an awesome video tutorial to make her fabulous flower here.
My flower is a smaller version of the one she made. I used melon mambo and crushed curry for the flower. The base of may card is also melon mambo followed by crushed curry. The Designer Series paper is from the Razzleberry Lemonade pack and is matted with melon mambo card stock.
