Birthday Cupcakes

 Hey Guys!!

Popping in here again to share another xard I made using a couple of challenges, the challenge at Seize the Birthday:

and the challenge at Addicted to Stamps & More:

My card:

I pulled out another retired set, I really love this set with its old fashion style scale. 

It is the Measure of Love set.

I stamped the scale image and cupcakes onto some scrap basic white cardstock.

I colored with my Blends using Pool Party, Bubble bath, Lemon Lolly Crumb Cake and Gray Granite.

The arrow on the scales face was stamped with Real Red.

The base of the card is Thick Basic White.

I then used a piece of DSP from the retired Pattern Party pack that I matted with a piece of Basic Black cardstock.

I fussy cut out both images and added them with dimensionals onto a Basic White die cut arch, cut with the Everyday Arches Dies.

The sentiment is from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set and is die cut with a die in that same set.

I finished with a few pink adhesive backed gems from the Strawberry Slush and Pretty in Pink Gems pack.

I also added a small bow to the scales using some retired bubble bath ribbon.
